What she does in 90 seconds.
The gal qualifies the caller, captures the right info, and either books them or hands you a lead with everything you need to follow up. A typical call wraps in under two minutes.
Qualifies the caller
Emergency, quote, appointment, complaint, reschedule, status check, existing customer, or general question — she figures out the call type in two or three turns and routes accordingly.
Captures the lead
Name, callback number, service type, service address, anything specific the caller mentioned. Defaults to the caller-ID number if they don't volunteer a different one.
Books the appointment (rolling out)
Checks your calendar, suggests open slots, books the appointment directly. Google Calendar first, Outlook + iCal next. Available on every plan.
Handles emergencies
Burst pipe, no heat, active leak? She captures the address fast, alerts you with priority, and tells the caller you'll be in touch as quickly as possible. Rules you set during onboarding.
Filters spam
Telemarketers and robocalls get hung up on. Insurance pitches, SEO outreach, fake “your domain is expiring” calls — gone. Real callers get the gal.
Honest, not robotic

A 2–3 sentence summary per call — the caller's need, any commitments made, anything a follow-up should know. Factual only; she doesn't invent details.

Play back the actual audio. Useful for training, for confirming what was said, or for handling rare disputes. Stored securely and only accessible to your account.

The biggest feature on this page isn't a feature — it's that you don't have to use any of the others yourself. Every PhoneGal account is set up, tuned, and maintained by a real human team. You forward your phone. We do everything else.
Onboarding call
Twenty minutes. We learn about your hours, services, pricing ranges, FAQs, how you want her to sound. You don't fill out a form — you just answer questions over the phone.
Full setup
We configure your gal, pick the voice, set up the line, write your custom escalation rules. Done by end of business day. You don't write a single prompt.
We test the line
Before we hand over the keys, we call your gal ourselves — emergency scenario, quote request, weird edge cases. If she fumbles, we tune her until she doesn't.
Ongoing changes

Your data stays yours
Call transcripts, recordings, and lead data are accessible only to your account. We never use your call data to train AI models, and our AI vendor commits to the same.
US-based team
Onboarding calls, support emails, and account management are all handled from Louisville, Kentucky. Not a call center in another country, not a chatbot.
Honest if asked
She doesn't lead with “I'm an AI” — that derails the call. But she'll never pretend to be human either. If a caller asks directly, she answers truthfully. Calls open with a brief recording notice where local law requires it.
Cancel anytime
No annual contracts. Cancel by email; keep service through the end of the billing month. We'd rather earn the renewal every month than trap you in.
